CORONOVIRUS RESPONSE
One Step at a time: Now meeting in church-
Currently we have services in Church as below. We will be following Government guidance on hygiene and social distancing and also supporting the NHS test and trace system.  All other services will be continuing on line  (see next paragraph!) as well as events through 'zoomers' for our youngsters and 'extended family' for all both young and old.  We continue to love, care and pray for our church community and the parish of Coundon. Sunday 
  • 9am communion in church
A communion service, with hymns and a sermon. Given the official guidance on the number of people who can gather, spaces are limited. You can indicate your intention to join us through our booking page.
  • 10.30am Live streamed on Zoom- contact us for details
  • 4.30pm  in Church NEW
1st Sunday of the month- Whoa- Gathering- especially for families with children of all ages
4th Sunday of the month- The Gathering- a quiet reflective communion service. 

Wednesday in church
  • 9:30 - 10:00am  Private prayer, 
  • 10:30 am Morning Prayer

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday- Live Streamed services on Zoom
  • 10am Morning Prayer
  • 9pm Night Prayer
These services allow us to support one another, sharing our hopes and our fears. We are standing our faith on the strength and hope we have.

Welcome to St George's church, Coundon, a growing Anglican church, in the Northwest of Coventry. 

We are a lively, family friendly church where everyone  is welcome.   Feel free to have look around to find out a little bit about us, but the best way to get to know us is to come and see us on a Sunday morning or at one of the many activities during the week.

St George's Youth Groups

From toddlers to teenagers there is something for all ages. Currently we are running 3 activity slots via zoom Mon/Wed/Fri 4.30-5 and a youth cell group for 11-14 year olds on Sundays at 4.30.  In the future we hope that we will return to our Youth Café, Parent and toddler groups and Autism Café.
